When it is time to keep a copy of your data, you have to look for some data backup solutions.
The first aspect to consider is all the data you want and have to backup and on what kind of media they will eventually fit.
Some people are working in an office or with others people located a bit afar, thus they have to look for a program that will permit them to do some online backup as well. This way, the data can be accessed from anywhere in the world. Do not panic. The data is not public and you can (and have) to set up a password in order for the others persons to access it.
The user-friendliness of your program is very important. Look for solutions that are very user-friendly with good explanations and rather quick to use. You simply do not want to spend hours just having to learn how to backup something.
