Park Ranger Cop: The Right Job For You?

If you are thinking of becoming a park ranger that specializes in law enforcement, there are a few things you have to consider, such as the daily routine. Park ranger cops have to start at the bottom, collecting fees and making sure campers are all paid up. This money is really important to keep conservation efforts alive. These park rangers then graduate to patrolling the area for people that are breaking the law. This can include fishing or hunting without a license or when it is out of season, and can also include starting fires when the conditions are not conducive to a safe controlled fire. These officers then graduate to bigger and better things, but the road is rough and has an element of danger.
