Let your students do what they think is best for them

By admin | January 27, 2012

Teaching is a challenging career and one that needs one to be extremely careful with what they impart to the learners. Students take what they are given and anything the teacher says is correct and can be used by anyone to get it right when others are getting it wrong. If your students have trained as cashiers or as caterers and they are looking for a tamworth job, they have to be specific with what they tell their employers. If they justify themselves very well about the job they want to be given, they will get it. If they fail to justify themselves well, they will not get the job. It is you as their teacher to direct them on how they should search for the right jobs and the kinds of words they should be using. You need to give them or teach them about precise words that are commonly used when looking for a job and ones that are self explanatory. These words if used well, they will land tem the job they aspire to get. Those students who will follow what you tell them will be privileged as opposed to those who don’t follow what you tell them. Here are different kinds of students and most of them follow what they have been told unlike a few who don’t do what they are told but they follow what they know. If they want tamworth jobs, they get them through their own means. They have a way of working things out and getting what they want. These are students who are different from the rest and they should be given their freedom to work on their own.
